and a Gorgeous Styled Shoot

The Betty Kelso Center
The Betty Kelso Center at the San Antonio Botanical Garden had been scheduled to have its grand opening celebration the day of a photo shoot that was being stylized by and floral provided by Eden’s Echo and photographed by Aria Productions. Sadly, just a few days before, the event was cancelled due to the Covid-19 restrictions on social gathering sizes.
Erin Mclarty with Eden’s Echo contacted San Antonio Botanical Garden and asked if they could still come and dress up their new event center. The floral had already been purchased and this would provide photos of the new venue for SABOT that could be shared on social media and with prospective event clients. They were all for it, so Erin reached out to a few vendor friends to put together a last-minute shoot; it was a whirlwind of planning!
Aria Productions graciously agreed to provide photo and video. Southern Greens was already providing the gorgeous smilax that was used to frame the doors overlooking the wisteria arch as well as some tall candlesticks. Sweet Designs and More provided linens, chargers, napkins and votives, and Spice of Life catering provided plates, goblets and flatware.
San Antonio Botanical Garden is full of gorgeous jewel toned floral and greenery. Erin wanted to bring the outdoors in. Rich blue velvet linens were the perfect contrast to the vivid bougainvillea and green-eyed garden roses in fuchsia, rich amethyst stock flowers, and sunset orange snapdragons. Gold chargers and table decor played off the warm richness of the wood panels that make up the walls and unique pitched ceiling. It all came together beautifully thanks to Eden’s Echo and team of professionals.
