At Paloma Blanca, we offer three exquisite dining rooms that are absolutely perfect for celebrating the most special occasions with your loved ones. • Salón la Fuente 
  This beautiful room features a stunning brick-and-copper fountain on the northern wall, which provides the perfect backdrop for a display of candles. Salón la Fuente can comfortably accommodate up to 55 seated guests or up to 75 guests for a reception-style event. If your guest list is larger than that, we can utilize the adjoining dining room, effectively doubling the potential occupancy to 120 seated guests (100 inside and 20 on the patio) or 150 guests for a reception. The patio area next to Salón la Fuente offers a tranquil setting with a flowing fountain and lovely landscaping, making it the perfect spot for an initial cocktail or social hour, or for additional dining space.
• Salón la Jardín 
  Salón Jardin, situated next to the bar, is our most private event space. The room features high ceilings, stunning slate wall treatments, and two sets of French doors that offer picturesque views of the seasonal landscaping outside. With a seating capacity of up to 55 guests or up to 75 guests for a reception-style event, Salón Jardin is perfect for intimate gatherings.
• Salón Vela
  Located just across Paloma’s patio, Salón Vela offers a unique, intimate, west coast sophistication and is a comfortable casual gathering spot perfect for friends or special occasions. It also has its own private patio leading into the front entrance. Salón Vela comfortably accommodates from 50 to 75 guests for a cocktail reception.
