The Embassy Suites Brooks City Base Hotel & Spa makes a strong commitment and takes great pride in creating an amazing experience on your very special day. We are here to collaborate with you in making each facet of your wedding magnificent.  From décor, menu planning and event coordination, our wedding professionals will guide you to craft a once in a lifetime event.  Be at ease on your wedding day knowing that every detail will be seamlessly executed.  The pinnacle of our event space is the Heritage Ballroom which seats a wedding of 500.   Hangar 9 is a unique open air event space seating 450 guests.  It was once a fully operational aircraft hangar during WWI, WWII and the Vietnam War.

THE CEREMONY

The Embassy Suites Brooks City Base has several spaces where you may exchange vows.  Begin your life together as one in our intimate, romantic settings.  Ceremony packages include one-hour rehearsal one day prior to the ceremony, set specifically designed for your event, white chairs with sash based on your guest count and guest book, DJ and presentation tables in coordinating linen.

1917 Courtyard
The Courtyard nicely seats up to 150 guests in a variety of outdoor configurations to make your wedding unique.  It is conveniently located right off the hotel lobby, making it easy for your guests to locate.  Rental of the courtyard gives you the space privately for the duration of your ceremony as well as for concluding photos.

The Lawn
The Lawn is connected just off the Heritage Ballroom Foyer.  It seats up to 175 guests.  Its simplicity provides a natural backdrop highlighting the beauty of your wedding party as you pose amongst noble trees and lush greenery.  A true Al Fresco ceremony is perfect for couples wishing to embrace the inherent beauty of their wedding day.

Heritage Ballroom
The ballroom divides into four sections, all named after San Antonio missions, Concepcion, San Jose, San Juan and Espada.  The divisible ballroom can accommodate 50 to 450 guests for a spacious, open ceremony.  The ballroom perfectly blends modern elegance with classic splendor drawing attention to the warm, moving first memories as a united couple.

THE RECEPTION

After vows are exchanged, treat yourselves and your guests to beautiful décor and culinary delights.  Embassy Suites Brooks City Base has several venues where you can celebrate your new beginning and revel with music, food and drink.

Heritage Ballroom
Modern elegance defines the Heritage Ballroom.   Hosting up to 500 guests, its spacious grandeur makes it the signature event space at the Embassy Suites Brooks City Base.

Hangar 9
Located less than a mile from the hotel, Hangar 9 is the oldest aircraft storage and repair facility, and the only surviving hangar from World War I.  It has been refurbished and transformed into an open-air venue that will give your wedding a one-of-a-kind experience.  It comfortably seats 450 guests inside the historic, spacious austerity.

The Lawn
Celebrate your wedding under the stars.  The Lawn is a whimsical reception venue that captures elegant sophistication and rustic outdoor beauty, seating up to 200 guests.  Our full linen package and candlelight centerpiece enhance your guests’ experience under the night sky.

1917 Courtyard
The Courtyard may also be used as an outdoor reception venue, seating up to 150 guests.  This space is ideal for wedding couples that want to combine an indoor/outdoor aesthetic.
