Lindsey & Bailey
How Did You Meet?
After going through medical and law school, the two decided to move to San Antonio in 2016. They both had the goal of putting roots down closer to family while building their careers. Within a few months of being in San Antonio, they both “swiped right” on Bumble and went on their first date at a local coffee shop.
We always tend to remember something very specific on first dates and for Lindsey, it was seeing Bailey in crocs
Tell Us About The Proposal!
The local coffee shop became their regular date spot early on in their relationship and sadly, it closed down a few years ago. As their four year anniversary was coming up, Lindsey wasn’t expecting anything big. However, a quick trip to the corner store quickly turned into her being blindfolded! Before she knew it, they were in front of the spot where the beloved and memorable coffee shop used to be. Bailey was down on knee and the rest was a blur. All Lindsey remembers is saying YES!
What Inspired the Theme of Your Wedding Day?
“We wanted to embrace the fall season and use colors that would pop against the gorgeous trees that framed the backdrop at our venue.”
What Advice Do You Have For Couples Planning a San Antonio Wedding?
“I think most ladies have an idea of when a proposal is headed their way. I recommend following social media accounts (including San Antonio weddings of course!) to start forming a vision of your perfect day. That will lead you to the vendors that will make that vision a reality. Don’t be afraid to ask vendors what other vendors they have worked with. Our venue, baker, and wedding planner do weddings all the time together and I think those relationships helped everything run smoothly.”
